How to Deposit via SEPA Transfer or Credit Card?

To deposit funds through a SEPA bank transfer, follow these steps:

1. First, ensure that your ZEBITEX account is verified at level 1 by accessing the "Menu" and selecting "Identification."

Once your account is verified at level 1, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ZEBITEX account and click on "trade now".

2. Click on "Menu" and then "Deposit Euros":

3. Choose your deposit method

For a SEPA transfer payment, add our bank details as a new beneficiary with your bank.

Important:

• The beneficiary name should be "DIGITAL BROKER."
• Include your customer ID in the "payment reason" or "description" field when setting up the transfer from your bank.

Please note that a SEPA transfer may take between 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.

Note: Instant transfers are now available.

For a credit card payment, ensure you have previously registered your card on the site by following these steps:

1. Access the "Menu," then select "Identification."

2. Choose "Add a New Credit Card."

Once your card is registered, follow these steps:

1. Validate the payment via the "SMS" sent by your bank or any other security measure implemented by your bank.

Your deposit will be credited to your ZEBITEX account immediately.
