If you notice that some of your funds are blocked, it could be due to one of the following two reasons:
-
Pending Execution Orders:
If you have blocked funds due to pending orders, it means you have placed one or more orders that have not yet been executed. This situation can occur if the price you set in your order has not yet been reached in the market.
To have your order executed immediately, you may need to adjust your price to match the best seller's price if you want to buy (shown in red) or the best buyer's price if you want to sell (shown in green). To cancel a pending order, go to the "OPEN ORDERS" section and click on the orange cross next to the order you want to cancel.
-
Withdrawal Pending Confirmation:
If your funds are blocked due to a withdrawal pending confirmation, it means you have initiated a withdrawal, and you have received a confirmation email. To unblock your funds, you need to click on the confirmation link in the email you received.
Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received this confirmation email.
