When you activated Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), did you remember to write down your 16-character backup key, as recommended on the website?
If yes: Simply enter this key into your 2FA application to retrieve your 6-digit temporary code, allowing you to log in to your ZEBITEX account again.
If no: Please contact us by email and provide the following:
-
A photo of your identification document with a dated and signed handwritten note stating:
"Due to the loss of my backup key, I wish to disable my 2FA."
-
A selfie of you holding your identification document and the handwritten note mentioned above.
In the future, to avoid such issues and prevent deactivation fees, we strongly encourage you to carefully note down your backup key on a piece of paper and store it securely.
Note: In this context, "2FA" stands for Two-Factor Authentication.
