Level 1
Step 1:
After logging into your ZEBITEX account, click on your email address in the top right corner and then on "verification".
Step 2:
Select "company", complete the information and send the requested documents.
The requested documents:
- Kbis extract less than 3 months old or equivalent (for foreigners)
- Up-to-date and complete articles of association
- Valid ID of the representative
If you are a shareholder of more than 25%, please add the identity document of the shareholder(s) as well as a proof of residence of less than 3 months.
Step 3:
If your identity document is recognised by Verisign (electronic signature provider) validate the electronic signature by clicking on "add an electronic signature".
Check the information and click on "confirm".
Tick the three boxes and complete the registration by entering the sms code you receive, then click on "register".
If your identity document is not recognised by our electronic signature provider Verisign, finalise the verification of your account by making a first deposit in SEPA transfer. Please go to "menu" then "deposit euros" to get the details for a transfer.
Level 2
To validate your level 2, fill in the information and insert a proof of address less than 3 months old then click on "send".
Here is the list of accepted proofs of address:
- Kbis
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Water bill
- Fixed or mobile phone bill
- Rent receipt from a real estate agency or title deed
- Bank statement
The documents must be in colour in JPG, PNG or readable PDF format.
For the proof of turnover:
- Certificate of turnover or, for new companies, certificate of equity and quasi-equity.
Level 3
Fill in the requested information and we need proof that we can authorise this increase in limits (latest tax return or, for new companies, an interim accounting statement)
Depending on the amount or type of company, other proofs may be required.
