It is possible that you made a mistake with your credit card numbers when you added it. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can cancel your verification and you can make another one.
It is possible that you have used a card that is not registered on our platform. In this case, we invite you to add your bank card by going to "menu" then "identification" and finally to the line "add a new bank card".

For a SEPA transfer
As a reminder, a SEPA transfer takes between 24 and 48 hours to reach us. (so no updates on weekends and public holidays). If your deposit is still not validated after this time, it means that you have made one or more errors in your SEPA transfer.
What you must respect when you edit the SEPA transfer
- The bank account must be in the same first and last name as the ZEBITEX account holder.
- The name of the beneficiary must be: DIGITAL EXCHANGE
- You must put your customer ID in the field "reason for payment or wording".
It is possible that your deposit is suspended because you have exceeded your limits. In this case, you must verify your account at the next level.
